MeetArven Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Koşullar, ArveNova Software & Technology Ltd. ("ArveNova", "biz"; adres: ODTÜ KALTEV Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi, X-9-1, Güzelyurt, KKTC; e-posta: info@meetarven.ai) ile sizin aranızda akdedilir ve ArveNova tarafından işletilen MeetArven web sitesi ile iOS/Android uygulamalarının ("Platform") kullanımını düzenler.

1. Kabul ve belgeler

1.1 Hesap oluşturarak veya Platform'u kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersiniz; kabul etmiyorsanız Platform'u kullanmamalısınız.
1.2 Ücretli satın alımlarda ayrıca Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi, Ön Bilgilendirme Formu, Kredi Koşulları ve İade Politikası (adaylar) ile Kurumsal Satış Koşulları ve Veri İşleme Eki (işverenler) uygulanır. Bu belgelerle bu Koşullar arasında çelişki hâlinde, ilgili konuda özel hüküm içeren belge esas alınır.

2. Hizmetin tanımı

2.1 MeetArven; profesyonel profil oluşturma, akademik yayınların paylaşılması, mesajlaşma, iş ilanı yayınlama ve keşfetme, ilan ile aday arasında eşleşme skoru, işverenin canlı (online) mülakatı ve isteğe bağlı AI mülakat hizmetlerini sunan bir profesyonel ağ ve işe alım platformudur.
2.2 Platform'u geliştirmek için özellikleri değiştirebiliriz. Ancak:
(a) ücretli bir hizmetin, bedeli ödenmiş süre veya Kredi kapsamındaki temel niteliklerini sizin aleyhinize değiştirmeyiz;
(b) AI mülakat hizmetini sona erdirirsek en az 30 gün önceden bildirir ve kullanılmamış Kredilerin bedelini iade ederiz (Kredi Koşulları md. 10);
(c) sizi önemli ölçüde etkileyen değişiklikleri önceden duyururuz (md. 12).
2.3 Yapay zekâ çıktıları (eşleşme skoru, mülakat puanı, raporlar) bilgilendirici niteliktedir; işe alım kararlarını işverendeki kişiler verir. Ayrıntılar: Aydınlatma Metni ve Gizlilik Politikası, md. 3.

3. Hesaplar

3.1 Platform'u kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmalısınız.
3.2 Her kişi yalnızca bir aday hesabı açabilir. Hesap bilgilerinizi doğru ve güncel tutmak, şifrenizi gizli tutmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır; hesabınızın yetkisiz kullanıldığını fark ederseniz derhal info@meetarven.ai adresine bildirin.
3.3 İşveren hesabı açan kişi, temsil ettiği şirket adına hareket etmeye yetkili olduğunu beyan eder.

4. Kullanım kuralları

4.1 Aşağıdakiler yasaktır: spam, taciz, tehdit veya ayrımcı içerik; kimliğe bürünme ve sahte profil ya da ilan; kötü amaçlı kod; izinsiz veri kazıma veya otomatik erişim; Platform'un güvenliğini aşmaya çalışmak; hukuka aykırı her türlü kullanım.
4.2 Adaylar: AI mülakata bizzat girersiniz; başkasının adına mülakata girmez, başkasının yardımını veya yanıt üreten araçları gizlice kullanmaz, mülakat avatarını veya içeriğini kaydedip yayınlamazsınız.
4.3 İşverenler: Yalnızca gerçek ve güncel pozisyonlar için ilan verir, ayrımcı ifade kullanmaz, adaylardan başvuru, mülakat veya değerlendirme için hiçbir ad altında ücret istemez ve aday verilerini yalnızca ilgili işe alım süreci için kullanırsınız (Kurumsal Satış Koşulları).
4.4 Bu kuralları ihlal eden içerikleri kaldırabilir, hesapları md. 8'e göre askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.

5. Fikri mülkiyet

5.1 Yüklediğiniz içeriğin (profil, özgeçmiş, yayınlar, ilanlar, mesajlar) sahibi sizsiniz. Bu içeriği yalnızca Platform'u işletmek, size ve sizin seçtiğiniz kişilere (ör. başvurduğunuz işveren) göstermek amacıyla kullanmamız için bize münhasır olmayan, ücretsiz, dünya çapında bir lisans verirsiniz. Lisans, içeriği veya hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer; yasal saklama yükümlülükleri saklıdır.
5.2 İçeriğinizi paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğunuzu ve üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal etmediğini beyan edersiniz.
5.3 MeetArven adı, logosu, Platform yazılımı ve tasarımı ArveNova'ya aittir ve izinsiz kullanılamaz.

6. Kişisel veriler

Kişisel verileriniz Aydınlatma Metni ve Gizlilik Politikası'na göre işlenir: meetarven.ai/privacy-policy.

7. Satın Almalar ve Ödemeler

7.1 Abonelik yoktur. Tüm ücretli ürünler tek seferlik satın alımlardır; otomatik yenileme veya dönemsel tahsilat yapılmaz.

7.2 Adaylar için ücretsiz hizmetler. İlanlara başvuru, eşleşme skoru, işverenin canlı (online) mülakatı ve şirkette yüz yüze görüşme her zaman ücretsizdir.

7.3 AI mülakat (isteğe bağlı kolaylık). İşverenin AI kanalını açtığı ilanlarda adaylar, dilerlerse kendi seçtikleri zamanda AI mülakata Kredi kullanarak girebilir. AI mülakatı seçmemek başvuruyu etkilemez. AI puanı işverene yalnızca bilgi olarak sunulur; Kredi satın alınmış olması işverene gösterilmez ve sıralamada avantaj sağlamaz. Satın alma; Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi, Ön Bilgilendirme Formu, Kredi Koşulları ve İade Politikası'na tabidir.

7.4 İşveren paketleri. Free, Premium ve Diamond ilan başına paketlerdir; Free pakette ayda en fazla 20 canlı mülakat yapılabilir. Paketler Kurumsal Satış Koşulları'na tabidir.

7.5 Ödeme yöntemleri. Web: ön ödemeli havale/EFT/SWIFT (EUR). Mobil: Apple App Store veya Google Play uygulama içi satın alma. Mobil satın alımlarda ödeme, makbuz ve iadeler ilgili mağazanın koşullarına tabidir.

7.6 Fiyat değişiklikleri önceden satın alınmış haklarınızı etkilemez.

7.7 Cayma ve iade. Adaylar, Kredilerin tanımlanmasından itibaren 14 gün içinde cayabilir. Kullanılan Krediler düşülür, kalan tutar kesintisiz iade edilir.

7.8 Satın alma verileri Aydınlatma Metni ve Gizlilik Politikası'na göre işlenir.

8. Hesabın kapatılması, askıya alınması ve sonlandırılması

8.1 Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman ayarlardan kapatabilirsiniz. Kullanılmamış Kredilere ne olacağı Kredi Koşulları md. 7'de düzenlenir; hesap silme ekranında ayrıca gösterilir.
8.2 Bu Koşulları veya ilgili satış koşullarını ihlal etmeniz ya da yasal bir zorunluluk hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Acil hâller (ör. güvenlik riski, başkalarına zarar) dışında, önceden bildirimde bulunur ve gerekçeyi belirtiriz; itirazınızı info@meetarven.ai adresine iletebilirsiniz.
8.3 Hesabınız sizden kaynaklanmayan bir nedenle askıya alınır veya kapatılırsa kullanılmamış Kredilerinizin bedeli iade edilir (İade Politikası md. 2.3). Ciddi veya tekrarlanan ihlal nedeniyle kapatılan hesaplarda kullanılmamış Krediler iade edilmez; kanundan doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
8.4 Hesap kapandıktan sonra bazı veriler, Aydınlatma Metni ve Gizlilik Politikası'nda belirtilen süreler boyunca saklanabilir.

9. Sorumluluk reddi

9.1 Platform'u özenle ve mevcut hâliyle sunarız; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz.
9.2 Herhangi bir iş teklifi, işe alım veya başka bir sonucu garanti etmeyiz. İlanların içeriği ve işe alım kararları ilgili işverenin sorumluluğundadır.
9.3 Bu madde, emredici tüketici hukukundan doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.

10. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

10.1 Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan (ör. kâr veya fırsat kaybı) sorumlu değiliz.
10.2 Bir talepten doğan toplam sorumluluğumuz:
(a) adaylar için, talebe konu hizmet için son 12 ayda bize ödediğiniz bedelle,
(b) işverenler için, talebe konu ilan için son 12 ayda ödenen bedelle (Kurumsal Satış Koşulları md. 9)
sınırlıdır.
10.3 Kast, ağır ihmal, kişilere verilen bedensel zarar ve kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluklar ile emredici tüketici hakları bu sınırlamanın dışındadır.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar

11.1 Bu Koşullar KKTC hukukuna tabidir. İşverenlerle (ticari veya mesleki amaçla hareket eden kullanıcılarla) doğan uyuşmazlıklarda KKTC Lefkoşa mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
11.2 Tüketiciler, uyuşmazlıklarda KKTC'nin yetkili tüketici makamlarına ve kendi yerleşim yerlerindeki yetkili mahkemelere başvurabilir. Bu Koşullar, mutad meskeninizin bulunduğu ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hükümlerinin sağladığı korumayı ortadan kaldırmaz.
11.3 Şikâyetleriniz için önce info@meetarven.ai adresine başvurabilirsiniz.

12. Değişiklikler

12.1 Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikleri, yürürlük tarihinden önce Platform'da duyururuz; sizi önemli ölçüde etkileyen değişiklikleri ayrıca e-posta veya Platform bildirimiyle en az 30 gün önceden bildiririz. Güncellenen metin yeni sürüm numarası ve yürürlük tarihiyle yayınlanır.
12.2 Değişiklikler, önceden satın alınmış Kredileri ve ilanları ve bunlara ilişkin haklarınızı etkilemez (Kredi Koşulları md. 8).
12.3 Değişikliği kabul etmiyorsanız yürürlük tarihinden önce hesabınızı kapatabilirsiniz. Yürürlük tarihinden sonra Platform'u kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncellenen Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

13. Dil

Türkçe ve İngilizce metinler arasında çelişki hâlinde Türkçe metin esas alınır.

MeetArven Terms of Use

These Terms are entered into between you and ArveNova Software & Technology Ltd. ("ArveNova", "we"; address: METU KALTEV Technology Development Zone, X-9-1, Güzelyurt, TRNC; email: info@meetarven.ai) and govern your use of the MeetArven website and iOS/Android apps operated by ArveNova (the "Platform").

1. Acceptance and documents

1.1 By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept these Terms; if you do not accept them, you should not use the Platform.
1.2 Paid purchases are also governed by the Distance Sales Agreement, the Pre-Contractual Information Form, the Credit Terms and the Refund Policy (candidates), and the Business Terms of Sale and the Data Processing Addendum (employers). In case of conflict between those documents and these Terms, the document containing the specific provision on the matter prevails.

2. Description of the service

2.1 MeetArven is a professional networking and recruitment platform offering professional profiles, sharing of academic publications, messaging, publishing and discovering job postings, match scores between postings and candidates, live (online) interviews by employers, and optional AI interviews.
2.2 We may change features to improve the Platform. However:
(a) we will not change, to your detriment, the essential characteristics of a paid service within the period or Credits already paid for;
(b) if we discontinue the AI interview service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused Credits (Credit Terms s. 10);
(c) we will announce changes that materially affect you in advance (s. 12).
2.3 AI outputs (match scores, interview scores, reports) are informational; hiring decisions are made by people at the employer. Details: Privacy Notice, s. 3.

3. Accounts

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
3.2 Each person may open only one candidate account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date and your password confidential; if you notice unauthorised use of your account, notify info@meetarven.ai immediately.
3.3 A person opening an employer account declares that they are authorised to act on behalf of the company they represent.

4. Rules of use

4.1 The following are prohibited: spam, harassment, threats or discriminatory content; impersonation and fake profiles or postings; malicious code; unauthorised scraping or automated access; attempts to circumvent the Platform's security; any unlawful use.
4.2 Candidates: You take AI interviews in person; you do not interview on behalf of others, secretly use another person's help or answer-generating tools, or record or publish the interview avatar or content.
4.3 Employers: You post only genuine, current vacancies, avoid discriminatory wording, do not request any fee from candidates for applying, interviewing or assessment, and use candidate data only for the relevant recruitment process (Business Terms of Sale).
4.4 We may remove content that breaches these rules and suspend or close accounts under s. 8.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 You own the content you upload (profile, CV, publications, postings, messages). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use this content only to operate the Platform and to show it to you and to people you choose (e.g. the employer you apply to). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to statutory retention obligations.
5.2 You declare that you have the right to share your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
5.3 The MeetArven name, logo, Platform software and design belong to ArveNova and may not be used without permission.

6. Personal data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice: meetarven.ai/privacy-policy.

7. Purchases & Payments

7.1 No subscriptions. All paid products are one-off purchases; there is no automatic renewal or recurring billing.

7.2 Free services for candidates. Applying to postings, match scores, the employer's live (online) interview and in-person interviews at the company are always free.

7.3 AI interview (optional convenience). In postings where the employer has enabled the AI channel, candidates may, if they wish, take an AI interview at a time of their choosing by using a Credit. Not choosing the AI interview does not affect the application. The AI score is provided to the employer for information only; the fact that Credits were purchased is not shown to the employer and gives no ranking advantage. Purchases are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement, the Pre-Contractual Information Form, the Credit Terms and the Refund Policy.

7.4 Employer packages. Free, Premium and Diamond are per-posting packages; the Free package allows up to 20 live interviews per month. Packages are governed by the Business Terms of Sale.

7.5 Payment methods. Web: prepaid bank transfer/EFT/SWIFT (EUR). Mobile: in-app purchase via the Apple App Store or Google Play. For mobile purchases, payment, receipts and refunds are subject to the relevant store's terms.

7.6 Price changes do not affect rights already purchased.

7.7 Withdrawal and refunds. Candidates may withdraw within 14 days after Credits are added. Used Credits are deducted and the remainder is refunded without deduction.

7.8 Purchase data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

8. Closing, suspending and terminating accounts

8.1 You may close your account at any time from the settings. What happens to unused Credits is governed by Credit Terms s. 7 and is also shown on the account deletion screen.
8.2 We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or the applicable terms of sale, or where required by law. Except in urgent cases (e.g. a security risk or harm to others), we will give prior notice and state the reason; you may object at info@meetarven.ai.
8.3 If your account is suspended or closed for a reason not attributable to you, the price of your unused Credits is refunded (Refund Policy s. 2.3). Unused Credits are not refunded for accounts closed for serious or repeated breaches; your statutory rights are unaffected.
8.4 After an account is closed, some data may be retained for the periods set out in the Privacy Notice.

9. Disclaimer

9.1 We provide the Platform with due care and as it is available; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9.2 We do not guarantee any job offer, hire or other outcome. The content of postings and hiring decisions are the responsibility of the relevant employer.
9.3 This section does not limit your rights under mandatory consumer law.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss (e.g. loss of profit or opportunity).
10.2 Our total liability for any claim is limited:
(a) for candidates, to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the preceding 12 months;
(b) for employers, to the amount paid for the posting concerned in the preceding 12 months (Business Terms of Sale s. 9).
10.3 Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and any liability that cannot be limited by law, as well as mandatory consumer rights, are not affected by this limitation.

11. Governing law and disputes

11.1 These Terms are governed by TRNC law. For disputes with employers (users acting for trade or professional purposes), the courts of Nicosia (Lefkoşa), TRNC have jurisdiction.
11.2 Consumers may apply to the competent TRNC consumer authorities and to the competent courts of their place of residence. These Terms do not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence.
11.3 You may first raise complaints with info@meetarven.ai.

12. Changes

12.1 We may update these Terms. We announce changes on the Platform before they take effect, and we notify changes that materially affect you by email or Platform notification at least 30 days in advance. The updated text is published with a new version number and effective date.
12.2 Changes do not affect Credits and postings already purchased or your rights relating to them (Credit Terms s. 8).
12.3 If you do not accept a change, you may close your account before the effective date. Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Language

In case of conflict between the Turkish and English texts, the Turkish text prevails.
