- AI mülakat, işverenin AI kanalını açtığı ilanlarda, dilediğiniz zaman girebileceğiniz isteğe bağlı bir kolaylık seçeneğidir.
- Başvuru, eşleşme skoru, canlı (online) mülakat ve şirkette yüz yüze görüşme her zaman ücretsizdir. AI mülakatı seçmemeniz başvurunuzu etkilemez.
- AI mülakat puanı işverene yalnızca bilgi olarak sunulur; kararı işveren verir. Kredi satın aldığınız bilgisi işverene gösterilmez.
- Teknik gereksinimler: kamera, mikrofon, güncel tarayıcı veya uygulama, kesintisiz internet bağlantısı.
3. Fiyat ve ek masraflar
Fiyatlar Euro olup KDV dahildir. Ek teslimat masrafı yoktur. Havale ile ödemede "OUR" masraf seçeneği seçilmelidir; gönderen bankanızın ve aracı bankaların masrafları size aittir ve sipariş tutarının tamamının hesabımıza ulaşması gerekir. Alıcı bankanın hesabımıza uyguladığı masraflar bize aittir.
4. Ödeme ve ifa
- Havale/EFT/SWIFT (EUR): sipariş 14 gün geçerlidir; ödeme açıklamasına sipariş referans kodunu yazmanız gerekir. Krediler, ödemenin hesabımıza geçmesini izleyen en geç 2 iş günü içinde tanımlanır.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: ödeme ve iade mağaza koşullarına tabidir; Krediler derhal tanımlanır.
5. Kredilerin geçerliliği
Tanımlanma tarihinden itibaren 12 ay. Bitişten 30 ve 7 gün önce e-posta ile hatırlatma yapılır. Talep hâlinde süre bir kereye mahsus 3 ay uzatılabilir. Krediler kişiye özeldir, devredilemez ve nakde çevrilemez; yasal iade haklarınız saklıdır.
6. Cayma hakkı
- Süre: Kredilerin tanımlandığı tarihten itibaren 14 gün.
- Kullanım: info@meetarven.ai, meetarven.ai/withdrawal-form adresindeki cayma formu veya aşağıdaki örnek form.
- İade: bildirimden itibaren 14 gün içinde, aynı yöntemle, hiçbir masraf veya kesinti olmadan.
- Kullanılan Krediler: Cayma süresi içinde açık talebinizle başlatılıp tamamlanan AI mülakatlar ve size sunulan rapor için cayma hakkı sona erer; bunların bedeli iadeden düşülür. Her mülakattan önce bu konuda ayrıca onayınız alınır.

- The AI interview is an optional convenience you can take whenever you like, in postings where the employer has enabled the AI channel.
- Applying, match scores, live (online) interviews and in-person interviews at the company are always free. Not choosing the AI interview does not affect your application.
- The AI interview score is provided to the employer for information only; the employer decides. The fact that you purchased Credits is not shown to the employer.
- Technical requirements: camera, microphone, an up-to-date browser or app, a stable internet connection.
3. Price and additional costs
Prices are in euros, VAT included. There are no delivery costs. For bank transfers, the "OUR" charge option must be selected; the charges of your sending bank and of intermediary banks are borne by you, and the full order amount must reach our account. Charges applied to our account by the receiving bank are borne by us.
4. Payment and performance
- Bank transfer/EFT/SWIFT (EUR): orders are valid for 14 days; you must enter the order reference code in the payment description. Credits are added within 2 business days at the latest after the payment reaches our account.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: payment and refunds are subject to the store's terms; Credits are added immediately.
5. Validity of Credits
12 months from the date they are added. You will be reminded by email 30 and 7 days before expiry. On request, validity can be extended once by 3 months. Credits are personal, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash; your statutory refund rights are unaffected.
6. Right of withdrawal
- Period: 14 days from the date the Credits are added.
- How: info@meetarven.ai, the withdrawal form at meetarven.ai/withdrawal-form, or the model form below.
- Refund: within 14 days of your notice, using the same method, without any charge or deduction.
- Used Credits: For AI interviews started at your express request during the withdrawal period and completed, and for the report once provided, your right of withdrawal ends and their price is deducted from the refund. We ask for your separate confirmation before each interview.
