- Kredi: Pro/Pro+ paketiyle satın alınan ve işverenin AI kanalını açtığı bir ilanda bir AI mülakata girme hakkı veren dijital kullanım birimi.
- İlan Kredisi: İşverenin Premium veya Diamond paketiyle satın aldığı, bir ilanın 30 gün yayınlanma hakkı.
1. Kapsam ve alıcı beyanı
Bu koşullar, Premium ve Diamond ilan paketlerinin ticari veya mesleki amaçla hareket eden işverenlere satışına uygulanır. Alıcı, checkout'ta kurumsal alıcı olduğunu ve vergi numarasını beyan eder. Tüketici cayma hakkı bu satışlara uygulanmaz; işlem ilan yayına alındığında başlar.

İlan paketleri tek seferliktir; abonelik değildir ve otomatik yenilenmez.
3. Adaylar için ücretsiz alternatif yükümlülüğü
3.1 AI mülakat kanalını açan işveren, AI mülakatı seçmeyen adaylara ücretsiz canlı (online) mülakat veya şirkette yüz yüze görüşme imkânını makul bir süre içinde sunmayı kabul eder.
3.2 İşveren, adayları AI mülakata girip girmediklerine göre ayırt etmez ve AI mülakatı seçmeyen adayı yalnız bu nedenle dezavantajlı duruma düşürmez.
3.3 İşveren, adaylardan başvuru, mülakat veya değerlendirme için ücret talep etmez. "Yalnızca AI mülakat" ilanı açılamaz.
3.4 Adayın Kredi satın alıp almadığı işverene gösterilmez.
4. Ödeme ve fatura
4.1 Web: Ödeme ön ödemeli havale/SWIFT (EUR) ile yapılır; Havale ile Ödeme Koşulları uygulanır. Fatura; alıcının unvanı, vergi numarası ve adresi esas alınarak düzenlenir.
4.2 Mobil uygulama: İlan paketleri Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden uygulama içi satın alma ile de alınabilir. Bu durumda ödeme, makbuz ve vergi ilgili mağaza tarafından tahsil edilir ve mağazanın koşulları uygulanır; ArveNova ayrıca fatura düzenlemez. Kurumsal fatura gereken alıcılar web üzerinden havale ile ödeme yapmalıdır.
4.3 Uygulama içi satın almalarda iade talepleri mağazaya yapılır ve mağazanın kararına tabidir. Mağaza tarafından iade edilen satın alıma ait İlan Kredisi kullanılmamışsa hesaptan düşülür; ilan yayına alınmışsa ilan yayından kaldırılabilir. Bu Koşullar'daki iade hükümleri (İade Politikası md. 3) ArveNova'ya karşı ek bir iade hakkı doğurmaz.
5. İade ve uzatma
İade Politikası md. 3 ve 4 (Diamond +30 gün) uygulanır.
6. AI özelliklerinin kullanımı ve insan onayı
6.1 AI tarama skoru, AI mülakat puanı, karşılaştırma raporu ve işe alım önerisi karar destek bilgisidir.
6.2 Eşik altı listesi: İşveren bir eşleşme eşiği belirleyebilir. Eşiğin altında kalan adaylar ayrı bir listede gösterilir. Ret bildirimi, işveren "Onayla ve reddet" butonuna basmadan gönderilmez. İşveren onaylamadan önce listeyi gözden geçirmeyi kabul eder.
6.3 İşveren, hiçbir adayı yalnızca AI çıktısına dayanarak reddetmeyeceğini ve olumsuz karar öncesinde ilgili bilgileri yetkin bir kişiye inceleteceğini kabul eder.
6.4 İşveren, adayların insan incelemesi, görüş bildirme ve itiraz taleplerini en geç 10 iş günü içinde değerlendirir.
6.5 AI çıktılarının ayrımcı sonuç doğurduğundan şüphelenen işveren bunu derhal info@meetarven.ai adresine bildirir.
7. Veri koruma rolleri
İşveren, kendi ilanına başvuran adayların verileri bakımından veri sorumlusudur. ArveNova, adayların Platform hesabı, eşleşme ve AI değerlendirme hizmetleri bakımından kendi adına veri sorumlusu; işverene sunulan değerlendirme hizmetlerinde işverenin talimatıyla hareket ettiği ölçüde veri işleyendir. Ayrıntılar Veri İşleme Eki'nde (meetarven.ai/data-processing-addendum) düzenlenir. İşveren aday verilerini yalnız ilgili işe alım süreci için kullanır ve Platform'dan indirdiği kopyaları ilan kapanışından itibaren 6 ay sonra siler.
8. İşverenin yükümlülükleri
Gerçek ve güncel bir pozisyon için ilan vermek, ayrımcı ifade kullanmamak, yürürlükteki iş ve istihdam mevzuatına uymak, hesap bilgilerini gizli tutmak.
9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
ArveNova'nın toplam sorumluluğu, talebe konu ilan için son 12 ayda ödenen bedelle sınırlıdır. Kast, ağır ihmal ve kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluklar saklıdır. ArveNova işe alım sonucunu garanti etmez.
10. Hukuk, yetki ve dil
KKTC hukuku uygulanır; KKTC Lefkoşa mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Türkçe ve İngilizce metinler arasında çelişki hâlinde Türkçe metin esas alınır.
11. Checkout onay metinleri (işveren)
Önceden işaretli olmayan kutucuklar:

Common definitions

- Platform: meetarven.ai and the MeetArven iOS/Android apps.
- Credit: a digital usage unit purchased with a Pro/Pro+ package that entitles the user to take one AI interview in a posting where the employer has enabled the AI channel.
- Posting Credit: the right, purchased by an employer with a Premium or Diamond package, to publish one job posting for 30 days.
1. Scope and buyer declaration
These terms apply to sales of Premium and Diamond posting packages to employers acting for trade or professional purposes. At checkout, the buyer declares that it is a business buyer and provides its tax number. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply; performance begins when the posting goes live.

Posting packages are one-off purchases; they are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
3. Free alternative for candidates
3.1 An employer that enables the AI interview channel agrees to offer candidates who do not choose the AI interview a free live (online) interview or an in-person interview at the company within a reasonable time.
3.2 The employer will not distinguish between candidates based on whether they took the AI interview and will not disadvantage a candidate solely for not choosing it.
3.3 The employer will not request any fee from candidates for applying, interviewing or assessment. "AI-interview-only" postings cannot be opened.
3.4 Whether a candidate purchased Credits is not shown to the employer.
4. Payment and invoicing
4.1 Web: Payment is made by prepaid bank transfer/SWIFT (EUR); the Bank Transfer Terms apply. Invoices are issued based on the buyer's legal name, tax number and address.
4.2 Mobile app: Posting packages may also be purchased via in-app purchase on the Apple App Store or Google Play. In that case payment, receipts and tax are collected by the relevant store and the store's terms apply; ArveNova does not issue a separate invoice. Buyers who need a company invoice should pay by bank transfer on the web.
4.3 Refund requests for in-app purchases are made to the store and are subject to the store's decision. If a purchase is refunded by the store, the related Posting Credit is removed from the account if unused; if the posting is live, it may be taken down. The refund provisions of these Terms (Refund Policy s. 3) do not create any additional refund right against ArveNova.
5. Refunds and extension
Refund Policy ss. 3 and 4 (Diamond +30 days) apply.
6. Use of AI features and human approval
6.1 The AI screening score, AI interview score, comparison report and hiring recommendation are decision-support information.
6.2 Below-threshold list: The employer may set a match threshold. Candidates below it are shown in a separate list. No rejection notice is sent until the employer presses the "Approve and reject" button. The employer agrees to review the list before approving.
6.3 The employer agrees not to reject any candidate based solely on AI output and to have a competent person review the relevant information before any adverse decision.
6.4 The employer will handle candidates' requests for human review, to express their view and to contest a decision within 10 business days at the latest.
6.5 An employer that suspects an AI output has produced a discriminatory result shall report it promptly to info@meetarven.ai.
7. Data protection roles
The employer is the controller of the data of candidates who apply to its postings. ArveNova is a controller in its own right for candidates' Platform accounts, matching and AI assessment services, and acts as a processor to the extent it follows the employer's instructions in assessment services provided to the employer. Details are set out in the Data Processing Addendum (meetarven.ai/data-processing-addendum). The employer uses candidate data only for the relevant recruitment process and deletes copies downloaded from the Platform 6 months after the posting closes.
8. Employer obligations
Post only genuine, current vacancies; avoid discriminatory wording; comply with applicable employment laws; keep account credentials confidential.
9. Limitation of liability
ArveNova's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant posting in the preceding 12 months. Liability for intent, gross negligence and liability that cannot be limited by law is unaffected. ArveNova does not guarantee any hiring outcome.
10. Governing law, jurisdiction and language
TRNC law applies; the courts of Nicosia (Lefkoşa), TRNC have jurisdiction. In case of conflict between the Turkish and English texts, the Turkish text prevails.
11. Checkout confirmation texts (employer)
